Listening to the Voice of the Baby

A partnership project with Cwm Taf Morgannwg (CTM) Early Years Transformation Board, Harnisch-Lacey Dance and Children in Wales. 

This project explored whether using creative methods such as music, movement, dance, and play can enhance the relationship and understanding of the non-verbal cues between a parent and baby  

‘As you listen to me you will understand me more. I express what I like and don’t like through my gaze, movement, facial expressions, noises and sounds I make. Yes, I do cry, but I am only trying to tell you something’.
