The Family Information Service (FIS) can provide information about a range of services in your area.  

It is the first point of contact for all children, families and professionals for information, advice and assistance relating to children or the families of children, aged 0 to 25 years. 

Whether you’re trying to organise childcare, want to know more about early years education and after-school activities in your area or you just need a little extra support to be a good parent, there is plenty of help available.

The resources on the Aneurin Bevan Healthier Together website have been developed in partnership between parents and healthcare professionals and is based on pioneering work Wessex Health Care Trust.  

You'll find clear information on common childhood illnesses, where to seek help if required, what you should do to keep your child comfortable and how long your child's symptoms are likely to last. 

The Parent Network
