Child Criminal Exploitation

One-day course Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) is a major crosscutting issue, which involves County Lines, drugs, violence, gangs, child sexual exploitation (CSE), safeguarding, modern slavery and missing persons. The response to tackle this involves many agencies including the police, the National Crime Agency, a range of Government departments, local Government agencies and Voluntary & Community Sector organisations. This course will give participants an understanding of Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) and how to respond effectively to ensure best practice. The trainer will use a child rights-based approach using the UNCRC This course aims to be a full guide for practitioners working with young people in and leaving care; youth justice; substance misuse; supported accommodation and housing associations.
